To use as a convention center, the Evoluon is most flexible. Your congress or symposium can use many different rooms of different dimensions for different sessions; it has a central reception area in the iconic dome, and all the space for a plenary session with the luxury of the theater hall. The famous Brabant hospitality will surprise your congress participants especially: it is not surprising that every year dozens of conferences from all over the Netherlands find their way to this industrial location in Eindhoven.

Let the Evoluon amaze you as a congress location: organize multiple subsessions and workshops in the different rooms of the conference center. Because of the unique combination you can choose from various conference forms. For example, a plenary session with constant interaction with the Rings, or rather a classic form in which your audience gets to work in groups in different rooms.

A congress full of Brabant hospitality

Being the congress center in Eindhoven, naturally we have a reputation to uphold in terms of hospitality. We ensure that all facilities are in perfect condition for your conference. Technology and catering; also here we'd like to think along with you in order to optimally serve your guest and give your event all the content it needs.

For example, start in the auditorium with a plenary session, or with a Brabant coffee table on the ground floor, or in the restaurant. From here, your guests go to one of the 16 rooms for a specific part of your conference. During your conference program, the restaurant or the dome will remain your central meeting point.

If you aim for more interaction during your congress, you can of course also hold the sessions on the Rings. Smaller presentations at a certain part of the Rings, with possibly a projection on a central canvas in the dome. While your guests are active with a small workshop, they remain part of the total program from anywhere on the Rings. These setting give a dynamic to your conference that you will not find anywhere else.
