MIND MOUTH

Mind Mouth is a theatrical experience that unfolds not on stage – but in your mouth and body. Through audio and edible samples, your senses will be stimulated. All your senses except your eyes. It’s not as if you won’t see anything. Your imagination will take over, making you the protagonist in the story, and food becomes various characters.
Mind Mouth is about the power of imagination. A power we all possess and that unconsciously influences us throughout the day.
MIND MOUTH can be followed in both Dutch and English.

During the pandemic, filmmakers Mu-Ming Tsai and Iris Lai became fascinated by food design. They discovered that food is much more than just sustenance; it is both fundamental and incredibly complex. In "Food & Design," six food designers from six different countries are featured.
With interviews from Italy, Spain, Taiwan, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom, "Food & Design" is a documentary about food design, redefining food through the lens of creativity and design.
